1. Have you been a police officer on a server before? Please also state if it was UK or US based.? STRP US Based 10 codes.
2. If yes to the previous question, please explain a little bit about which servers you have been on, how long you were an officer and what ranks/achievements you reached? If no to the previous question type N/A. Ranked up to LT (Twice, second time i took a demotion to change department and then I was asked to come back) Roughly 2 years experience within LSPD/BCSO and Staff LSPD Department, FTO Command, CID, SRT/SWAT Experience.
3. What makes you stand out above everyone else as a police officer? With my experience from other cities, I will be bringing a wealth of knowledge to the Dream Vault LSPD. I am head strong and very good in high pressure situations, I can hold radio communications clearly along with giving tacticts/orders during situations that require it. I keep a very professionak attitude on radio
4. What would you say your biggest weakness is? My biggest weakness might be how stubborn I can be, I'll get an opinion but it may take alot of convincing to get that opinion to change.
5. You arrive at a shots fired call on your own and witness 4 people on scene, 3 of them with pistols in their hands. Explain in detail what you would say and do? Call it over radio so other members of LSPD know that if I go off radio and panic, they know the situation and my 20, asking for back up at the same time. I would wait for additional 3-4 officers if we can atleast match their numbers if it does go south. Once Backup arrives I would approach the situation with caution. Asking the people to put their guns down or away. If they do not comply with that clear demand they will be tased. Once they are in cuffs, they will be GSR tested and placed seperatley from each other, I will question them and get their side of the story. Check them for gun licences and any BOLO's. If their story adds up and they have a gun licence they are free to go, as long as the story matches up with the rest. I would give them a tern warning for firing their weapons in a public space and note it on their record that they have had a verbal warning.
6. You are chasing 3 suspects in a car who have just robbed a store where only 1 of the suspects had a weapon, a knife, and they had 1 hostage. During the car chase, their car goes out and they all run off on foot. The suspect with a knife turns and runs towards you with the knife out. Explain in detail what you would say and do? I would quickly pull out my taser, warning them if they continue to approach they will be tased and to put their hands up and drop the knife. If they comply I would move in with caution. watching my surroundings just incase their friends come back and ambush me. While moving in for cuffs, I would ask for back up to chase after the other 3. If the person did not put down the knife and continued towards me, I would fire my taser, hitting them. I would then quickly move in to hand cuff the individual, asking for back up inase his friends come back around while also making it clear I had a 95.
7. What is Your Style of Policing? My style is assertive but fair, I will listen to the criminals and their side before making my decision. I am quite firm when dealing with criminals and I do not bite at their words/comments
8. What are the duties of a police officer? To serve and protect, to keep the public safe and to apprehend all criminals while also following the laws and SOPS myself.
9. Is there anything we need to know about you before reviewing your application? Not created Cal Carbine just yet, I havent had time but will do in due course.
10. If you message any members of the LSPD Command you application could be at risk of being denied do you understand if you dm anyone it may be denied? Understood
